Fresh prep Terms and conditions

 

Delivery policy
You are required to advise us of any special requirements. Placing an order with us you therefore authorise us to accept the signature of another person,should you not be available at the time of delivery, at the designated delivery address. Additionally we will not be liable for failure to deliver the products within the estimated time. We deliver only to uk mainland addresses. Once you receive delivery from us you must check the product upon delivery and advise us immediately with photographic evidence if any noticeable damage is found and products are not fit for consumption. You’re statutory rights not effected. All deliveries will be shipped out with DPD, Your preferred date of postage can be selected with your order on the checkout page on our website. We only deliver Tuesday and FridaySaturday delivery available at an extra cost. All meals get shipped out in a sealed refrigerated box which keeps the food at a fridge temperature for up-to 48 hours.

 

Packaging policy
All of our products are delivered in temperature controlled packaging with ice packs. We do not accept responsibility for the condition of packaging after it leaves our premises. Ownership of the packaging will pass to you as the customer once you have taken receipt of the package.

 

Returns policy
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances unless the food arrives and is not fit for consumption. If your package arrives and there is a problem you will be responsible to send it back to us with in 24 hours at your cost, in the original box with most of the meals unopened with an Immediate next day delivery and we will do our investigation.

 

Cancellation policy
All orders maybe cancelled within 24 hours of payment, there will be a cancellation fee of 20%  of the order.

 

Disclaimer
Before starting any diet or fitness program you must first seek the advice of a medical/ health professional.
If you are breastfeeding or pregnant, our nutritional plans may not be suitable if you are currently receiving medical help for any condition, please speak to a nutritionist or medical professional before starting a Fresh-Prep Nutrition program.
Fresh- Prep Nutrition can only offer nutritional guidelines.
Any allergies/ intolerances MUST be discussed/ disclosed with Fresh-Prep Nutrition Prior to ordering.

 

Restricted access
We at Fresh-Prep Nutrition reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. If you generate a user I’d and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must insure that the password is kept confidential. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password. You as the customer are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential and may be held liable  for any losses arising out of such a failure. You must not use any other persons user id or password to access our website. If you choose to provide us with personal information you must insure that this information is accurate in all material respects and must inform us immediately  of any change to your personal information. Our treatment of your personal information is governed by our privacy policy.

You also grant to us the right to sub-licience  these rights and the rights to bring an action for infringement of these rights. Your content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third parties legal rights and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). You must not submit any content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint. We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website. Notwithstanding our rights under these terms of use in relation to your content, we do not under take to monitor the submission of such Content to, or the publication of such content on our website.

You hereby  indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including,without limitation, legal expense and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute of the advice of legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us on a full indemnity basis arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.

 

Breaches of these terms of use
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in anyway, we may take sucks action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider that they block your access to the website/ or bringing court proceeding against you.

Portion Sizes
The standard portion sizes for all of our fresh meals is 100g of protein, 70g of vegetables and 100g of carbs.
If you would like to request 150g for any meals in each package there is no extra charge. If you request upto 250g there will be a £12 charge added onto the package price.
This charge will be made by bank transfer and you will be contacted once your order has been placed, once payment has been received your order will be processed.
