Q: How long will my delivery take after placing an order?

A: Your order will be delivered within two working days

Q: Do meals arrive fresh or frozen?

A: All meals arrive fresh in temperature controlled box

Q: How should my meals be stored upon delivery ?

A: All meals should be refrigerated to maintain quality and freshness

Q: Should my meals be heated before consuming?

A: All meals can be eaten as delivered or reheated we do advise meals should be consumed once reheated

Q: Is my order Trackable?

A: We will keep you updated via email on the process of your order, once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking code for your order.

Q:Is your food halal?

A: Yes all our food is halal

Q: Can you supply your halal certificate?

A: Yes on request

Q: Do you offer affiliate discount for gyms and PTS?

A: On request

Q: How do I amend an order once it has been placed?

A: Yes you can by email if the order has not been dispatched

Q: What if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
